Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Park

After being picked up from your Nairobi hotel, you’ll begin your safari with a scenic drive to Samburu National Park. Upon arrival, you’ll check into Samburu Sopa Lodge before heading out on an exciting afternoon game drive. Samburu is famous for its unique wildlife, including the Samburu Special Five—Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk. Enjoy your first evening at the lodge, surrounded by the beauty of this semi-arid wilderness.

Day 2: Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park

Start your day with a morning game drive to catch more of Samburu’s wildlife. After breakfast, you’ll travel to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch at Lanet Matfam Resort. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive to witness the park’s famous flamingos, rhinos, and other wildlife. The park is also home to the endangered Rothschild giraffe and a variety of bird species.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve

Following breakfast, you’ll set off for the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve. After checking in at Rhino Tourist Camp, enjoy lunch before heading out on an afternoon game drive in the reserve.
